The recently refurbished promenade is wide, smooth and ideal for pushchairs, wheelchairs and little ones on scooters or balance bikes. It's also a popular spot for cycling, so don't be surprised to see families making the most of the flat path on a sunny day.
Along the promenade you'll find pastel and bright coloured benches, picnic tables that further add to the promenade's charm, with plenty of places to stop and enjoy the sea views. It's easy to spend a few hours here, whether you're stopping for an ice cream, watching the waves or simply enjoying a stroll.
Being right next to the town is another bonus. There are cozy cafés, unique shops and places to grab an ice cream or fish and chips just a short walk from the beach, so everything you need is close by.
