Crazy Golf Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Kid Friendly North Wales Crazy Golf Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Kid Friendly North Wales (“the Promoter”), an independent project and brand.

2. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Anyone directly involved in organising or administering the Prize Draw, together with members of their immediate household, is not eligible to enter.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
Internet access and a Facebook account are required to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the following steps on the official Kid Friendly North Wales Facebook Prize Draw post:
Follow the Kid Friendly North Wales Facebook page;
Like the Prize Draw post; and
Comment on the Prize Draw post with their favourite family day out in North Wales, or somewhere in North Wales that is on their list to visit.
There is a maximum of one entry per person.
Sharing the Prize Draw post is appreciated but is not a requirement for entry and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Only valid entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be included in the draw.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
The Prize Draw opens at 9am on 15/08/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 23/08/2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost or not successfully submitted due to technical problems or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
5. The Prize
There is one prize and one winner.
The winner will receive:
A gift certificate for Crazy Golf for four people (2 adults, 2 children) at Rhos Fynach, Rhos-on-Sea.
The prize will be sent by post to a valid UK postal address provided by the winner after they have been contacted.
The Promoter will cover the cost of standard UK postage.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Any additional costs associated with using the prize, including travel to and from Rhos Fynach, food, drinks or other purchases, are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
The prize is subject to any validity period, booking requirements and other conditions stated on the voucher/tickets or by Rhos Fynach.
6. Selecting the Winner
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date and time.
The winner will be selected using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the Prize Draw closing.
Kid Friendly North Wales will retain appropriate evidence that the winner was selected randomly.
7. Contacting the Winner
The winner will be contacted by the official Kid Friendly North Wales Facebook page using the Facebook account they used to enter.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The winner will be asked to provide their name and UK postal address for the purposes of confirming eligibility and sending the prize.
Kid Friendly North Wales will never ask a winner for bank or payment card details or ask them to make a payment to claim the prize.
Entrants should be aware of fake or impersonator accounts. If you receive a message claiming that you have won, please check carefully that it has come from the official Kid Friendly North Wales Facebook page.

8. Delivery of the Prize
The prize will be posted to the UK postal address supplied by the winner.
Kid Friendly North Wales will aim to dispatch the prize within 14 days of receiving the winner's postal details.
The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate postal address.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered as a result of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.
The Promoter will not be responsible for postal delays or other delivery issues outside its reasonable control.
9. Winner Information
Once the winner has been confirmed, Kid Friendly North Wales may announce on its Facebook page that a winner has been selected.
Information confirming that a valid prize has been awarded may also be made available as required by applicable promotional rules.
Entrants can object to their information being published or made available, or request that the amount of information published be reduced, by contacting:

Where an entrant objects, Kid Friendly North Wales may still provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
The winner will not be required to participate in photographs, testimonials or other promotional activity as a condition of receiving the prize.
Any additional publicity involving the winner will only take place with their permission where appropriate.
10. Personal Information & Privacy
Personal information provided in connection with the Prize Draw will only be used where reasonably necessary to:
administer the Prize Draw;
verify the winner's eligibility;
contact the winner; and
send the prize.
The winner's name and postal address will be collected for these purposes.
Personal information collected for the Prize Draw will not be added to a marketing mailing list or used for unrelated marketing purposes unless the individual has separately consented to receive such communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and the Kid Friendly North Wales Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with a postal or delivery provider where reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
11. Disqualification
Kid Friendly North Wales reserves the right to disqualify an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant:
has breached these Terms & Conditions;
has provided false or misleading information;
has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Prize Draw or entry process;
has used fraudulent, fake or automated accounts to enter; or
has otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and request information reasonably necessary to confirm an entrant's eligibility.
12. Changes or Cancellation
If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make it unavoidable, Kid Friendly North Wales reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw.
The Promoter will not change the closing date or other significant conditions unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value and a reasonably equivalent nature.
Any necessary changes will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to this, Kid Friendly North Wales will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the Prize Draw or the acceptance and use of the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party venues, postal providers or other third parties except where the law provides otherwise.
14. Facebook / Meta
This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.
By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant agrees to release Facebook from any responsibility or liability arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Kid Friendly North Wales and not to Facebook.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Prize Draw should be directed to Kid Friendly North Wales at hello@kidfriendlynorthwales.co.uk, not Facebook or Meta.
15. General
Entrants must be able to access these Terms & Conditions throughout the Prize Draw period.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any rights they have under applicable law regarding which courts may hear a dispute.
